We act as the contractor in this delivery system. The drawings and specifications from your architect act as the basis for the bid we submit with subcontractors and suppliers to meet the project requirements at the best cost and schedule. We hire and supervise sub-contractors.
With this delivery system, Reb Construction acts as an agent for the owner. We provide complete management for the entire construction process and project, including: pre-planning, quoting, subcontractor solicitation and field management.
All bids from subcontractors are solicited by Reb Construction and then reviewed with the owner. As a team, we select which subcontractor to use for the work. The subcontractors awarded the bid report to and are paid by Reb Construction Services.
We manage the building process start to finish. For a fixed fee, not much more than our cost would be as a General Contractor, you will benefit from all of our pre-construction expertise. This will allow us to organize the project so it flows properly when construction begins.
Build to Suit
